his was my first time purchasing a vehicle on line,and at first I was a bit unsure and sceptical about it .

But the whole experience was surprisingly easy, the salesman I dealt with was Niko, who was very helpful professional and pleasant,from start to finish.

I had been looking for a decent low mileaged Kia Optima for some time , and eventually I found one on the Motortrust Preston site

I made an enquiry about the vehicle, and was sent a couple of detailed videos of it , I then highlighted a couple of imperfections I picked up on, whilst watching the video, which Niko agreed to address before I took ownership.

All my issues were then addressed as promised, and I was then sent another video for further inspection ,once I was happy, the deal was done ,payment was made, and my car was transported straight to my door in Scotland,it was as easy as that.

This was an excellent hassle free experience ,So thanks once again for your all your help Niko, I would 100% deal with you, and your company again

My new car arrived today! I purchased over the phone without seeing the vehicle as I was so confident from the photographs and extra checks that had been carried out. First time I\'ve ever bought a car without seeing it in real life or test driving it and I can honestly say the process was brilliant! One of the best experiences with a motor dealer I've had in a while, Tony the salesman was great, was very polite and given I'm fairly young (22) didn't judge or try to push me into anything, gave me the keys and left me to look around the car un interrupted, was very fair with my options and, have me advise on what to do with my part ex, told me everything I needed to know and got the car ready for when I wanted to collect it, upon arrival for collection, I was early and instead of just telling me to come back later, suggested somewhere to go for breakfast and gave me a reasonable time for me to come back and collect the car, overall a easy and stress free transaction highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, owner of the premesis is about and very friendly, unlike most places he's about and very sociable 5* very neat and tidy place 👍

I saw a car on Autotrader and went to see the car a few days ago. I was not disturbed and was able to walk around without being harassed. I returned today for another look and again was not disturbed until I approached a sales person. Nikos and the owner were very approachable, helpful and professional and went over and above to assist me in arranging tax, insurance and removing a personalised number plate from my existing car which meant I was able to drive away today in my new car. I have just traded my VW UP in and upgraded to a VW Up GTI....what a pleasurable, stress free, straight forwarded process. Carl was a lovely, quietly spoken accomodating salesman. Nothing was too much trouble, he sorted everything, explained everything thoroughly and wasn't pushy at all, a rare thing. I bought the car on Sunday and picked it up 3 days later on the Wednesday, all checks and tests completed as specified. The car was valeted both inside and out to a super high standard. I saw a car that I was interested in through Auto Trader. I drove up to the forecourt to have a look and was left to look around in my own time. No pushy salesmen which is refreshing. On my way to the office to enquire about the car I was interested in I was welcomed by Nicos who happily went to get the keys. I informed him about the car I was exchanging and was offered a reasonable price. Customer service was excellent throughout and the overall buying experience was satisfactory. 3 days to turnaround the sale and I was driving off in my new motor. Had a minor issue with the engine light coming on but was invited back to the yard where Mike took care of it by sending it to a garage and giving me a courtesy car in the meantime. A few days later and I'm back in my new car. I can't recommend Motor Trust enough. I'm always weary of car salesmen but this experience was smooth and hassle free from start to finish. If you are after a new motor, give these guys a look

I will definitely be sticking with these from now on, my Transit is brilliant for my trade and drives mint. I have had no issues whatsoever its been a really good van, (much more reliable than my last that's for sure!) The lads were spot on, sorted me a cracking deal, so no complaints from my end. I purchased my car, Mazda 6 from Motortrust UK, back in April. The service I received from Nico was excellent. I was travelling from Shropshire to Preston and Nico sent me a video of the car via whatsapp so I could be confident all was in good condition. On day of arrival there was a slight delay due to MOT still been carried out, but the guys were great and offered to buy me lunch at the local Garden centre. As it happens the delay was on for a few minutes. The overall service from Nico and Mike on the day of collection was excellent and I would have no issues in recommending Motor Trust for anyone thinking of purchasing a second hand car.

Everything is absolutely fine and dandy with my new Ford EcoSport, it drives exceptionally well and is getting me from A to B just fine. Its a nice size not too big and bulky but spacious enough for the family. I would be happy shopping with Motor Trust again, they were extremely polite, helpful and easy to deal with. They did everything they could for me leaving very little for me to do when I collected. Highly impressive dealership!

I will definitely be using Motor trust again when I am after my next van purchase. It was in mint condition even though it is second hand! I found the whole process to be straight forward and nothing was too over complicated at all. I thought it was a really easy buy, and would definitely do it again! All the guys at the dealership were great to deal with, they were easy to chat to and they always provided top class service. Everybody made me feel really welcome and not 1 bit out of place. I was kept up to date and and a y calls or emails were returned promptly. They did everything that I requested with the van and although it looked pretty spotless they still gave it a through valet before I came to collect so it was in champion condition. This is my first purchase from MotorTRUST UK, and will definitely not be my last, I am highly impressed!

My partner purchased a Vauxhall combo van with Motortrust but they aren't one to really leave reviews. I, however, am... especially when it is deserved. Motortrust were everything you could want in a dealership when buying a vehicle; genuine, helpful, polite, friendly knowledgeable staff, quick turn around and quality vehicles. This is the second time my partner has used Motortrust and I think that speaks for itself, you don't go back for seconds if you didn't enjoy it the first time round.

I've had my new to me BMW for a few weeks now and I'm well happy with it. Although it is a second-hand car, it was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition, there wasn't a single scratch or mark on the body work and the interior is immaculate. All of the staff were very attentive and helpful during my purchase, always checking I had everything I needed. I also really appreciated the aftersales call that they gave me to make sure I am happy with my purchase, it just shows how much they care for your custom!

My 2 series is great! I'd like to start by thanking every single person at Motor Trust UK that helped me when I was purchasing my new vehicle. The customer service was outstanding and I must say, of a standard I've never received before from a dealership. They took their time with me, they told me what the time scale would be and stuck to it, they even exceeded the timescale, given that it worked for me. The collection was swift and done and dusted in great time, I was given and told everything I needed and off I went. I chose a Mitsubishi ASX and its fantastic, its a piece of art to look at! The interior is lovely and there's a lot going on inside, still some buttons and features I've not even got round to yet its very technical. Its lovely out of the roads and it handles extremely well, I'm totally over the moon with it and can only thank and recommend MotorTrust UK for everything they did!

Just purchased a fanatstic Kia Stinger from MotorTrust and what a brilliant car is it, its very smooth to drive and has plenty of space inside. Its taken me a bit of time to fully get my head around it all but I love it, its such a nice car. The dealer was really open and honest about the car, it's history, condition etc... and I believe it was accurately sold condition wise. The salesman was one of the best I've come across, I had a really great experience from start to finish. I was given the time I needed to choose the car and we went from there, a quick and easy process. When I came to collect the car I was in and out within 15 minutes or so, there was no waiting around or delays. Top marks from me, I will absolutely recommend this business to anybody looking to buy a new car

Truely excellent experience. I actually put a deposit down on the car before they collected it as they were able to send me a walk around video of the car. Then I was kept up to date during the following week. I was picked up from the train station, as I didnt have a trade-in, in my car so I got to test drive it. Then I was in the office no longer than 30 minutes, every possible job had been taken care of (didnt even have to put my card details in to pay the tax 😂) everything was very transparent, proof of MOT/servicing and all paperwork relating to change of ownership. Seriously, the smoothest purchase of a car Ive ever had. Carl is a true professional, always quick to respond to my messages and quieries. Didnt once put any pressure on me to buy, a true professional. Was a pleasure to meet him. I would 100% recommend this company, not an ounce of worry in my mind. Great approach to their customers, but finer details need to be addressed.
A no pressure approach to their customers. Encouraged to browse and seek further advice if required. However, I telephoned the company to indicate that I was about one hour away from collecting the vehicle on the appointed day, in order for them to have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle prior to my arrival. There were several items which had not been completed to my satisfaction, but these were promptly rectified by the company. I do not, as yet, have the service documents for the vehicle. I would certainly recommend this company to my family and friends.

I've never bought a vehicle without viewing/driving before. However the process used by Motor Trust (Preston) made the whole transaction easy.
The sales team of Tony and Carl always responded quickly to email or phone and were happy to answer my questions regarding condition and service history etc. Tony even braved a near hurricane wind to make a video of the car for me!
The car was delivered on time and proved to be even better than described when viewed 'in the metal'.
Overall my trepidation regarding buying remotely was laid to rest. Well done!
